Cooking Directions: Conventional Oven: Uncooked. Keep frozen until ready to cook. 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange on metal baking pan. 3. Bake 17-19 minutes total (Fully cook fish to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F or higher before serving). Flip after 12 minutes. For extra crunch or cooking more than 4 fillets, add 3 minutes to the cooking time. Keep frozen.
