Quick Clam Sauce: 1 pack of PanaPesca Clam Meat; 2 tbsp. Minced Garlic; 2 tbsp. Olive Oil; 1 tsp. each oregano and basil; 1 shallot finely chopped; 3 tbsp. Finely chopped parsley; 1 1/2 cup white wine.; 2 tbsp. Butter. Saute clams in olive oil, butter, shallots, garlic then add wine and herbs. Simmer covered for 5 minutes, then toss with cooked pasta and srinkle with Romano cheese. Keep frozen until use.
