Thawing & Cooking Instructions: Recommended Thawing: Place frozen shrimp in covered colander and thaw in the refrigerator overnight (approximately 10 hours). Refresh shrimp by lightly rinsing in cold water just prior to cooking. Do not refreeze. Quick Thawing: Place frozen shrimp in a colander. Rinse under cold running water for approximately 5 minutes or until thawed. Avoid rinsing with hot water. Do not refreeze. Stove Top: Place frozen shrimp in boiling water. Add 2 tablespoons salt (optional). Cook 3 to 4 minutes or until shrimp turn opaque. Remove shrimp and rinse under cold water. Peel and serve. Broiler: Rinse shrimp thoroughly in cold water. Dry. Place shrimp on a baking pan. Brush with melted butter to Italian salad dressing. Broil 4 inches from soucer of heat for approximately 2 to 3 minutes or until shrimp turn opaque. Serve immediately. Refrigerate any leftovers. Keep frozen.
