Directions: 1. Toast bagel halves until golden brown. 2. In a mixing bowl mix lemon juice, dill and cream cheese. 3. Spread cream cheese blend on toasted bagel halves. 4. Lay 2 or 3 strips of smoked salmon on bottom half of bagel. 5. Top with capers, sliced onions and top half of bagel. Keep frozen or refrigerated at 38 degrees F or below.
