Follows recipe for a delicious semifreddo with amaretti Serves 6 - refrigerate for several hours before serving. Ingredients. 7 oz sclafani amaretti, 50 g sugar, 3 egg yolks, 500 ml whipping cream. 1. White gradually adding the sugar beat the egg yolks until smooth. Whisk the cream to soft peaks and fold into the mixture. 2. Crush most of the amaretti into small pieces and fold into the mixture. 3. Pour the mixture into a container and freeze for 4 hours before serving. 4. Decorate the remaining amaretti biscuits and enjoy. Keep cool and dry - do not expose to the sunlight.
