Instructions: Mixing: Pour 1 packet into 2 cups of milk or 1 1/4 cups of milk alternative*. Beat the pudding mix & milk using a whisk for 1 minute and then switch to an electric beater for 3-5 minutes. If the milk begins to foam, stop mixing until foam subsides & then beat on slow for 2-3 minutes until desired texture. Serving: Pour into serving dish and place in fridge for 5 minutes for instant pudding. For the ultimate thick pudding cover the dish & place in fridge overnight. Gently blend again the next day and pour into a serving dish and eat with or without adding toppings. * Milk guide.
