1. Mix 2 eggs with 2 tablespoons of cooking oil. 2. Add contents of 1 bag matzo ball mix and mix. 3. Let stand for 7 minutes. 4. Use wet hands to form 12 balls. 5. Drop formed balls into boiling salt water or soup, cook over medium flame, covered pot for 20 minutes. Yields 12 balls per bag. Store in a dry place.
