Shake well before enjoying. Thai Chicken coconut soup: In a large saucepan, heat 1 tablespoon of coconut or olive oil on medium heat. Add 8 oz of thinly sliced chicken, 4 oz of sliced mushrooms and half of a bell pepper, thinly sliced. Cook until chicken is lightly browned and fully cooked and the veggies are tender. Add 1 qt of Ocean’s Halo Thai Coconut broth and bring to a simmer. Garnish with lime and cilantro. Enjoy! Refrigerate after opening and use within 7-10 days.
